Not as long as we were expecting bearing in mind that the NiMh rechargables did 10h:25m. Normally there's a strong argument for lithium batteries but possibly not in the Pixa 3 unless using it in very cold conditions. Important Information Regarding Battery Installation We have seen a few Petzl Pixa Headtorches where the yellow latch that closes the battery door has become weak or broken. This will occur if users do not see the instructions and unaware of the correct opening procedure. 1). Ensure the head is rotated fully so that the LED's are facing the back plate. 2). Gently lift the yellow latch only until it clicks (no further), then holding the main body of the torch in one hand pull the battery door open pulling on the corner lugs (do not pull the body open using the latch). Although technically possible it is impractical for us to operate an automated stock control system.
